You will leave from the Darsena Pagliari and discover unique landscapes sailing along the coast from S. Terenzo to Lerici with their castles overlooking the sea, continue up to Tellaro and its coves. Crossing the Gulf of La Spezia you will arrive at the Isola del Tino with the rock of Tinetto, its wonderful seabed to visit by snorkelling. Continuing west you will see the coast overlooking the sea of the Palmaria island and its ancient 'Portoro' marble quarries. Just after Portovenere, with the church of S. Pietro perched on the cliff. Continuing westward, the coast offers many locations where you can stop for a swim or take photographs such as 'Le Rosse', a name due to the color of the rock above, the small beach which unfortunately is not accessible, the 'Ferale' rock with an unmistakable triangular shape with its shoals on the surface of the water, the 'Canneto' beach and its freshwater waterfall. The 5Terre Nature Reserve begins in this stretch of sea. We must pay attention and navigate keeping the yellow buoys placed about 1/2 NML from the coast, on the starboard side. The advice is to navigate at a maximum speed of 10 NML away from the coast, up to Monterosso, the last of the villages of the 5Terre and then pull over at a minimum distance of 200 meters. from the coast, slow down to a maximum speed of 3NML and visit villages on the way back. You will have the chance to see the villages with the best perspective. Parking is permitted only in the mooring fields equipped with dedicated yellow buoys. It is not possible to enter the small marinas by boat to go ashore. In Vernazza a ferry service is available from the mooring buoy field in front of the town with a small authorized boat. Once you arrive in Riomaggiore, you will need to be careful not to cross zone C which is forbidden to motorized navigation. Navigate out to sea perpendicularly to the coast and pass the two yellow buoys, turn left and take the route for Portovenere.
