According to the charter rules, the vesselmustremain at anchor a buoy ir in the marina until darkness falls. in cases of weather deteriation, the vessel must head to a safe marina, bay or remainin marina and bay until the stor conditions subside. Cancellation of a reservation due to weather conditions is not foundation for cancel the charter or change the terms of the contract. Extra night is paid additianally, early check in and late check-out possible.
