***Please read entire description PRIOR to sending a booking request*** Welcome aboard this fabulous brand-new pontoon boat including a licensed captain to tailor your cruise to your needs. Bluetooth sound system, spacious seating, swim ladder and plenty of storage. Anchor at Big Island or in quiet waters for a swim, take a shoreline luxury home tour or visit some fabulous bars and restaurants on Lake Minnetonka. The FAQ's below will answer many of your questions prior to sending a request to book: Is gas included? YES! Fuel is provided and not an additional charge. Does the boat have a sun shade? YES! It covers the back half of the boat. Can we bring our own food / drinks / coolers? YES! Food, drinks (including alcohol), ice and coolers are allowed/BYO. Alcohol & food is not provided by the boat or captain. Underage drinking WILL NOT be allowed and will result in the termination of the trip including law enforcement involvement. Trash bags are provided. Can you pickup / drop off at a different location other than Gray's Bay Marina? YES! If the pickup or drop off destination is a different location such as a public dock or a business which you will be patronized by the group. Residential pickup / drop off is not allowed. Additional trip fee applies. Can we bring more than 6 people? NO. Limit of 6 in a group, no exceptions. Can we go tubing? NO. Tubing / tow behind watersports are not allowed, no exceptions. Can we rent it without a captain? NO. A licensed captain will be operating the boat. Do we need to bring life jackets? Required safety equipment including life jackets is on board for adults. Properly fitting & Coast Guard-approved life jackets of children in the group are the responsibility of the booking party. Child / Youth life jackets on board are NOT guaranteed to properly fit your children. Do we have to wear life jackets? Children under 10 years of age are REQUIRED to wear one at all times as per Minnesota Law. Children 10 and over: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED at all times, at the discretion of the parent(s)/guardian. It is highly recommended to wear a life jacket at all times regardless of age. Where do we meet? SEE LAST PHOTO IN THE LISTING: The group will board at Gray's Bay Public Marina (17232 Grays Bay Blvd. Wayzata, MN 55391) OR (17232 County Road 101 Wayzata, MN 55391), same location depending on the map. Green area is where the boat will be. Red area is public parking (only 6 spaces - usually full). Yellow area is overflow parking (sometimes full on a busy weekend). Uber/Lyft is highly recommended on busy weekends. Should we drive or get a ride to the marina? Public parking is limited and often full so it is HIGHLY recommended to share one car and arrive early for overflow parking. Uber/Lyft is an excellent option. Is there a bathroom on the boat? No. There is not a bathroom / toilet on the boat- we can stop as needed upon request. Weather Policy: At the discretion of owner, if inclement weather prevails, you will have 30 days to rebook and use your rental provided there is no existing booking on the requested reschedule date. If the rain out happens on or after September 15th you may rebook the next 30 days or have the option to carry over the reservation by June 15th of the year following the original rental date. The Booking Party and / or Captain reserve the right to cancel any scheduled boat-sharing event due to the specific following weather conditions: 1. Any severe thunderstorm watch or warning issued by the National Weather Services for Hennepin County or any county bordering Hennepin County during the duration of the scheduled event or 2 hours prior to the start of the scheduled event. 2. Any sustained winds recorded at Flying Cloud Municipal Airport (KFCM) of 30 knots or higher during the duration of the scheduled event or 2 hours prior to the start of any scheduled event. 3. Any lightning detected by the National Weather Service RADAR in Hennepin County or any county bordering Hennepin County during the duration of the scheduled event or 2 hours prior to the start of the scheduled event. Weather and environmental anomalies including (but not limited to) periodic rain/mist, clouds, temperature, humidity, UV index, pollen count, air quality are not weather-related cancellation policy conditions.

Pricing subject to change based on demand. Renters are responsible for obtaining and reviewing the "Minnesota Boating Guide 2024" and "LMCD Summer Rules 2024" and adhering to the rules outlined in the handouts. Unlawful or hazardous behavior will be grounds for immediate termination of the rental without refund. Tow-behind watersports such as tubing, skiing are NOT allowed on this watercraft. No grills, smoking or open flames of any kind. By booking and operating this Watercraft you acknowledge receipt of all applicable rules and regulations and hold harmless the owner for any damage, injury or negligence on your behalf. Furthermore, you affirm your qualification to operate this Watercraft safely and legally and will not permit any unauthorized operation of this Watercraft.
