Renter will be responsible for driving the vessel In a safe manner and follow all seamanship rules No smoking allowed while on the vessel/ no drunk driving of any kind. No more than 3 people allowed at one time on the vessel Any fuel used will be renters duty to replenish paid for to owner after the rental time has concluded ***CANCELLATION*** During the event of poor weather, a refund be provided before the trip has started. After the trip has began, there will be no refund. In the event you need to cancel 24 hours before your trip is to start you will receive a refund 100% Anything before 24hrs prior to the trips start time will be subject to a 50% refund.
