Refunds for Canceled Trips - If a trip is canceled by Butinah Boats for operational reasons, customers will receive a full refund. Arrival Time - Guests should arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to ensure a smooth experience. Late Arrivals & Delays - Butinah Boats is not responsible for delays caused by late arrivals of customers or their guests. - A speedboat transfer option is available for 300 AED, subject to availability. Lifeguard Services - Butinah Boats does not provide lifeguards. Customers are responsible for their own safety. Children’s Supervision - Parents or guardians are solely responsible for their children's safety on board. Liability for Damage & Injuries - Customers are liable for any damage to the boat, furniture, or other assets, as well as any injuries sustained during the trip. Boarding Conditions - Boarding while wet is prohibited. Violators will be fined 1,000 AED. External showers are available for rinsing off saltwater before entering. Towel Policy - Guests must bring their own towels. Rentals are available at the marina for 20 AED per towel. Confetti & Celebration Poppers - The use of confetti or celebration poppers inside the boat is strictly prohibited. A 1,000 AED fine applies for violations.
