Weather Cancellation: For the safety of our guests, we reserve the right to cancel any booking due to inclement weather conditions. Should this occur, guests can either reschedule or receive a full refund. Late or No-Show Bookings: Guests arriving later than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time may result in a shortened or forfeited session without a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you're running late. No-shows will be charged in full. Safety Considerations: All riders must be at least 18 years of age, or accompanied by a legal guardian. Prior to departure, a safety briefing and equipment instruction will be provided. Life vests are mandatory for all riders. Boat Rules: Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the jet ski. We also prohibit reckless driving and insist on respect for all other waterway users. Damage or Loss: Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage or loss to the equipment due to negligence or non-compliance with our rules and instructions. Refund Policy: We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
