Additional Terms & Information
The boat is not rented without a skipper, it is mandatory for any charter. All passengers must remain seated during the crossing and whenever the boat is in motion. No type of cigarette or electronic cigarette may be smoked on board. The crew is not responsible for the loss or fall into the water of any electronic device carried on board and manipulated by its owners during the excursion. Reservations will only be canceled with a 100% refund if weather conditions make navigation impossible for the safety of passengers. The departure and arrival time will be stipulated in the reservation contract and will be respected by both parties. This means that if passengers arrive late, these times will be counted from the contracted time and will not be a reason to extend the stay.
