- We recommend you check in 30 minutes before start of your rental. - A valid photo ID is required upon check in. Please do not forget to bring Bathing suit, sun screen, bug spray, debit card, credit card. - The Host reserves the right to cancel or exchange your watercraft rental at anytime due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical failures. - It is the customers' responsibility to arrive on the day of their reservation. - The watercraft will be on hold for late arrivals, No refund for late arrivals. - The Host reserves the right to decline watercraft rental if the renter fails to show competency and understanding of safety protocols. - The discharge or use of a safety gear and/or equipment from the watercraft must be reported to the Host. - Fines or infractions charged to the renters are their responsibility only. - Absolutely no smoking, vaping, alcohol or illegal substances on or while operating any of rental units. - Physical and mechanical damages are the renters responsibility (Excluding normal wear and tear) - Damage deposit to be applied.
