Please notify us in advance if you anticipate any delays. Safety Considerations - Life Jackets: Life jackets are provided and must be worn at all times while on the water. - Captain's Authority: The captain has full authority over the safety of all passengers. Please follow their instructions at all times. - Alcohol Consumption: Responsible alcohol consumption is permitted. Excessive drinking is not allowed for safety reasons. Boat Rules - Smoking: Smoking is allowed in the exterior of the vessel - Cleanliness: Please keep the yacht clean and dispose of any trash in the provided bins. - Damages: Any damages to the yacht or its equipment will be charged to the renter. Additional Concerns - Behavior: Respectful and courteous behavior is expected from all guests. The captain reserves the right to terminate the rental if any guest behaves in a disruptive or dangerous manner. By booking with us, you agree to abide by these rental terms to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone on board.
