While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to accommodate one (1) reschedule at no additional cost, so you can still enjoy your adventure on a future date. ⏳ Grace Period: We allow a 30-minute window from your scheduled start time. If you arrive later than that, it may be considered a no-show unless prior approval is given by the owner Please communicate any delays as soon as possible. ⚠️ Safety First: The owner reserves the right to end or modify the charter at any time if unsafe conditions arise—whether due to weather concerns or passenger safety violations.
