If you are late, your charter time may be reduced accordingly. No-shows will be charged the full booking fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you anticipate any delays. Safety Considerations: All guests must adhere to safety instructions provided by the captain. Life jackets are mandatory during certain conditions. Children must be supervised at all times. Boat Rules: To ensure everyone’s enjoyment, please respect the boat’s facilities and maintain cleanliness. Smoking is prohibited onboard. Alcohol consumption should be moderate, and any disruptive behavior may result in the trip being terminated without a refund.
