Please note this when you book (especially with infants), so we can ensure we have the proper safety equipment. Who is the Captain? The USCG licensed captain is either Chris, Dan, Sonny, or Mark. We have four captains. We are all friends and very responsible & respectful. Safety is our top priority. But these are all good, fun, & nice people – and know how to create a good environment. Is San Diego nice? Yes. Very nice. Can I Rent Without a Captain? Can I Do Towing on a Tube? No, sorry. Refund Policy We offer a full refund if canceled a week or more in advance. If we cancel the charter because of rain or safety, clients will receive a full refund. We will not go out in the rain. Gloomy / cold weather is not rain, very rarely we have bad days of weather.
