Fuel is included, and ample parking is available at the marina, located a 45-minute drive from San Juan. - IMPORTANT: - • We do not offer overnight charters. - • When submitting an inquiry please indicate a time schedule from 9:00am to 2:00pm. What to Bring: The customers should bring a swimsuit underneath, a change of clothes, towels, comfortable footwear, rain jacket, hats or caps (preferable with a chin strap), sunblock, face masks (REQUIRED if inside the vessel), and your own hand sanitizer. Our DAY CHARTER features: • A fantastic 5-hour sailing day experience off the coast of Fajardo. • A visit to the beautiful islands of Palomino or Piñeros. • A delicious barbecue lunch, salad, rice, and assorted snacks. • Snorkeling equipment to enjoy the colorful reefs. • Time to take a refreshing dip in the sea or relax at the seashore. • Refreshing beverages including water, sodas, cold beer, wine and homemade sangría. I don’t usually write reviews but this experience warranted an exception. This was quite literally the perfect day. From the parking-lot- to-boat golf cart ride to the delicious BBQ lunch- every detail was personalized and perfected. The crew was amazing, so sweet, and attentive- even offering to watch for jelly fish while we swam (there were only a few jellyfish but my friends and I are a bunch of scaredy-cats). We saw dozens of turtles and were able to swim near them while we snorkeled. I have family in Puerto Rico so have been coming here for my entire life and this was by far the best service and best experience. I’ve also done both “small group” boat tours and private charters to islands off the coast of fajardo and it’s well worth spending extra on this experience. The bigger group tours can be great but can be extremely crowded. So, If you are deciding between the many options available or deciding between chartering a boat or joining a “small group” tour - look no further than here. Thank you to the amazing crew and the amazing owners! I’ve already rebooked another trip and am so excited to share this experience with more of my people!

Great day on the water! Capt Ricardo and First Mate Scott were very professional, right on time, provided a great lunch and very nice too. We had a wonderful time and would go out with them again. The boat was clean, comfortable and in good shape.

Our experience with Captain Iván and his 1st Mate, Ashley could not have been better. We had a beautiful day at sea aboard his impressive yacht. We ate a delicious lunch prepared by Ashley, snorkeled and hung out with fantastic hosts. Captain Iván shared stories of his sailing adventures and we enjoyed learning about our surroundings. TERMS & CONDITIONS General: • We accept customers between 4 and 85 years of age. • The customers are required to follow the instructions of our crew with the purpose of fulfilling the navigation in a safe manner. • The consumption of tobacco or other controlled substances is not permitted on the boat. • Customers who do not know how to swim will not be allowed on the beach without a life vest. _________________________ Age Limitations: • This activity is not recommended for persons 85 years of age or older and for children 3 years of age or younger. • Children under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult (21 or over) who can sign a liability waiver for the minor in the presence of our authorized representative. All customers must fill out a waiver and medical questionnaire on the day of the activity. • An adult must sign the release form for a minor under 18 years of age in presence of our representative. • An adult must accompany a minor of 18 years of age or under in order to participate in the charter. _________________________ COVID-19 Safety Protocols: • For safety reasons we accept a maximum of 6 customers per charter to be able to maintain a 6’ distance between persons and to be in compliance with our COVID-19 Safety Protocols. • Customers are required to use their face masks at all times during the charter except when they are eating, drinking, or swimming. Customers not using their face masks will not be permitted in the charter and will not receive any refund. • It is recommended to our customers and crew to clean their hands frequently and wash for at least 20 seconds. • The frequent use of hand sanitizer is recommended for our customers and crew. ________________________ Cancellation Policy: • If the customer cancels less than 48 hours before the charter, the customer gets charged the full amount. • If the customer cancels 48 hours or more before the charter, the customer gets charged 20% of the total amount. • If our charter company cancels the charter, the customer receives a full refund. • No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows on the day of the charter. • No partial refunds or credits will be issued if the participant is unable to complete the charter. • Our charter company reserves the right to cancel a charter if the minimum amount of guests is not completed 24 hours before the charter or for safety reasons. Should this be necessary you will receive a full credit or refund.
