WEATHER POLICY In light rain or forecast rain, cruises will continue as planned until the Captain deems conditions unsafe. In the event of a named tropical storm, hurricane, thunderstorm, high winds or unusually low temperatures, cruises will be postponed for safety and rescheduled at a later date of the clients choosing at no cost. Customer Elected Cancellation: If Cancellation is 15 Days or more from the departure date customer can get refunded the Total amount. If Cancellation is 7 days or less than from the scheduled departure date customer will receive a 50% refund of the total Amount. Reschedule Policy: If Request to Reschedule is 14 Days or more from the departure date customer can get rescheduled with no Rescheduling fee. If Request to reschedule is any less than 14 Days from the scheduled departure date customer will receive a $100 reschedule fee. The overall goal is to ensure our charter clients have an amazing time! Our policy is an industry standard set to allow safe charter operations.
