Our company aims to provide excellent customer service, competitive pricing, and private lessons leaving you with a unique and unforgettable experience to our customers. ***DISCLAIMER*** - Must be 23 years or older to rent out our personal watercrafts unless they have completed a boater education course and a valid boaters license. (Will be verified before rental begins) - Anyone born after September 1, 1993 renting a boat or personal watercraft on Texas lakes is required by law to take a boater education certificate course and obtain their boaters license. - Link for boater education certificate course information below - https://tpwd.texas.gov/education/boater-education - Children under 13 are specifically prohibited from operating a PWC unless accompanied on board by a person at least 18 years of age who can lawfully operate the PWC. ******************* $20/hr surcharge for fuel will be charged at the end of booking. Any trip more than 3 hours will have no fuel surcharge at all! Extras for rent: 2 person tube - $20 FLAT RATE We are located in the heart of Austin, Texas but we are available to meet at any lake destination near you! Please be ready to sign the liability waiver below: SAFETY AND LIABILITY WAIVER FOR PERSONAL WATER CRAFT RENTAL COMPANY By renting a gas-powered surfboard or personal water craft from our company, you (the "Renter") acknowledge that you have read, fully understand, and agree to the terms of this Safety and Liability Waiver (the "Waiver"). Renter's Acknowledgment of Risks: Renter acknowledges that the use of a personal water craft or gas-powered surfboard involves inherent risks, including but not limited to risks of personal injury, property damage, and death. Renter voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the rental and use of a personal water craft or gas-powered surfboard. Release of Liability: Renter releases and discharges the rental company, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by Renter or any third party, while using the personal water craft or gas-powered surfboard, whether caused by the negligence of the rental company or otherwise. Indemnification: Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the rental company, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with the rental and use of the personal water craft or gas-powered surfboard. Safety Instructions: Renter acknowledges that they have been given clear instructions on how to safely operate the personal water craft or gas-powered surfboard, including how to start and stop the engine, how to control speed, and how to safely fall off the personal water craft or board. Renter agrees to operate personal water craft or the gas-powered surfboard in a safe and responsible manner at all times, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Age and Ability: Renter represents that they are at least 18 years of age and possess the necessary knowledge, skill, and physical ability to safely operate the personal water craft or gas-powered surfboard. Renter agrees not to allow anyone under the age of 18 to operate the personal water craft or gas-powered surfboard. Rental Period: Renter agrees to return the personal water craft or gas-powered surfboard to the rental company at the end of the rental period, in the same condition as when it was rented, except for normal wear and tear. Governing Law: This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which the rental takes place. By signing below, Renter acknowledges that they have read and fully understand the terms of this Safety and Liability Waiver, and that they voluntarily and knowingly agree to all of its terms and conditions.
