Come and enjoy the incredible scenery of Stamford, NYC skyline, Long Island and Connecticut shores, aboard the Hunter Legend 35 Cruising Motorsail Yacht for up to 6 guests. Our cruise is operated by a US Coast Guard Captain available for private lessons. Rate as low as $225 per hour (2 hours minimum booking) during weekends and holidays, weekdays discounts do apply, we operate from sunrise to sunset, please send your inquiries. Welcome on Board. A Hunter Legend 35, fully equipped for fun and comfort,3 separate areas for 6 guests with bluetooth and wifi,large fridge,plenty of water,ice. it sails fast and stable with its wing keel and 55 foot mast, new ocean performance sails and engine,US Coast Guard Standards. A swimming latter with hot/cold shower on deck makes it fun to drop anchor at epic scenic locations, the slip is located directly across from jack island into long island sound, you can have a lot of water action right from the dock, I will provide plenty of water toys like stand up paddle board, windsurf, surf, floaty toys, fishing gear, snorkel, etc...but feel free to bring yours. I am told often that this boat feels much more spacious than most 36 footers out there. The boat is cleaned before and after every trip. Fridge with water bottles and ice, feel free to bring your own food and drinks, only boat shoes are allowed, bearfoot is fine. Marco was a wonderful captain and we had a great time watching fireworks from Todd's Point on the water. He piloted the ship safely and got us "front row seats" for the show. He also was mindful of other boaters in the area and got us out before the show ended so we weren't stuck or in danger. This was a surprise for my partner and Marco made it so worth the wait to reveal that we were going on an adventure in this beautifully renovated, fully equipped and well maintained ship. Would do this trip over 100 times! I highly recommend Marco for anyone that wants a safe, comfortable, and truly special time on the water.

Marco is the perfect captain. Extremely knowledgeable about boats, navigates the waterways with great confidence, and truly loves what he does. The boat is very clean, maintained beautifully, and the day was perfect. I would definitely sail with Marco again. Great experience!

Marco communicated clearly about the parking and dock to get to the boat. We left on time and he explained us about the boat, sails and we put up the front sail up together. It was amazing watching the sunset on the boat. 10/10 would recommend

Marco is a great captain - really knowledgeable and generous with sharing stories of his experiences. Know this is a tour on a sailing cruiser - sails will not go up. It’s a great circular tour around Stamford Harbor under motor.

We had a great time! The weather was good. The boat is beautiful Hunter and kept in tip top shape. Marco is a great captain, very knowledgeable. We felt very safe with him at the helm. Will definitely repeat!

Full refund up to 3 days prior.
Additional Terms & Information
The $225/hour rate is for weekends and holidays, full refund due to weather cancelations, lower rates do apply during the weekdays. We do provide cruises from sunrise to sunset everyday. The per day rate means an 8 hour cruise. Kids are welcome. I am available to give out sail lessons of any level. Food and drinks are ok onboard, but please bring no glasses, if you must bring a bottle, please let the captain help you find a safe please for it, planning in advance is the key for success. We offer a large boat fridge full of water and soft drinks, ice, snacks, party gear. I am flexible with time and weather and I do monitor it closely keeping you informed. Open flames not allowed on board, we do have a microwave oven. Only boat shoes are allowed onboard, bearfoot is even better. No Pets are allowed, sorry. We offer plenty of water toys, paddle board, windsurf surf, floaty toys, fishing gear, snorkel, large open water private dock, water fun, etc...
