Our captains rotate through the schedule, so you might meet a different face each time you sail with us, but what stays the same is their love for the Lowcountry and their passion for sharing it with you. Additional Terms & Information
1. Payment and Booking - Full payment is required upon confirmation to secure your booking. Prices include the charter, crew, and gratuity. Additional services, such as catering, are not included unless specified. 2. Security Deposit & Liability - A $500 security deposit per booking is reserved and will only be charged if damages occur or excessive cleaning is required. Guests are responsible for any damages. If damages exceed $500, you will be billed for the additional costs. Renters release the crew from liability except in cases of gross negligence. 3. Cancellation Policy - Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the sail. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. If the trip is canceled due to weather or other conditions, rescheduling or full refunds will be provided. 4. Check-In & Guest Information - Please arrive 20 minutes before departure for check-in and a safety briefing. All guest names must be provided prior to boarding for safety purposes. 5. Guest Conduct - No smoking or pets onboard. Outside alcohol is prohibited due to our onboard bar service. Children must be supervised at all times. 6. Safety & Weather - The captain reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or terminate the trip for safety reasons. Life jackets are available onboard, and a safety briefing will be provided. 7. Cleanliness - Please remove all personal items and dispose of trash properly. Excessive cleaning may result in a cleaning fee. 8. Accessibility - The catamaran may not be wheelchair accessible. Contact us for special accommodations. 9. Gratuity - Gratuity is included in the price. Additional tips are welcome but not required.
