Kayak on beautiful Frenchman’s Lake located in the heart of the Hiawatha National forest. We have a total of 6 kayaks on site. From our location you can paddle your way into 4 different lakes via the Carp river system. Paddles and life vests provided. You must paddle your way back to our location at the end of your trip. Bait and tackle available for additional cost. Rental location to carp river bridge and back takes about 2.5 hours relaxed paddle. Please contact us with any additional questions. Thanks!!

Fishing

Spend a day fishing on Frenchman’s Lake in the heart of the Hiawatha Nation Forest . This 14ft aluminum boat comes with en electric trolling motor, two fully charged marine batterie and 2-anchors. Frenchman’s is a weedy lake with pike, walleye, bass and panfish. Boat must remain on Frenchman’s Lake. Bait and tackle can be purchased on-site for additional cost. Newer 18 foot Sun Tracker Bass Buggy with comfortable seating for 6 people. Cruise, fish and swim. Two aerated livewells, rod holders and a couple anchors make fishing and swimming easy. Pontoon is also equip with a drop down ladder for swimming. 

Navigation is made easy with onboard Garmin GPS . Towels and fishing equipment not included. Bait and tackle can be purchased on-site.  Rental time 9am-5pm seven days a week “based on availability“ June - mid September. Boat must remain on Frenchmen’s Lake, trailering is not an option. Please reach out for additional questions .
