**Rental Terms and Conditions for 2024 Sea-Doo Fish Pro Trophy** 1. **Booking and Payments:** - The full booking amount will be collected at the time of booking confirmation. 2. **Cancellations and Refunds:** - **Weather Cancellations**: Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe (e.g., storms, high winds, or rough seas), the rental will be canceled or rescheduled at no extra charge. A full refund will be provided if rescheduling is not possible. - **Customer-Initiated Cancellations**: - Cancellations made **72 hours or more** before the rental date will receive a full refund. - No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than **48 hours** before the rental date, except for weather-related issues. 3. **No-Shows and Late Arrivals:** - **No-Shows**: If you do not show up for your rental without prior notice, the full rental amount will be charged. - **Late Arrivals**: If you arrive more than **30 minutes late** without prior communication, the rental may be canceled at our discretion, and no refund will be issued. Time lost due to late arrivals will not be compensated. 4. **Safety Rules and Regulations:** - All renters must possess a valid **boating license** and adhere to all local marine laws and regulations. - **Life jackets** must be worn at all times when operating the Sea-Doo. - **No alcohol or drugs** are permitted before or during the rental period. If we suspect impairment, the rental will be canceled, and no refund will be given. - The renter is responsible for ensuring that the Sea-Doo is operated in a safe and responsible manner at all times. - A safety briefing will be provided prior to departure, which must be attended by all participants. 5. **Equipment and Liability:** - The Sea-Doo Fish Pro Trophy comes fully equipped, including fishing accessories, life jackets, and a first-aid kit. Any additional equipment must be requested and arranged in advance. - The renter assumes all responsibility for any **damages or loss** of equipment during the rental period, and may be liable for repair or replacement costs. - The renter is responsible for **cleaning** the Sea-Doo after use; a cleaning fee may apply for failure to do so. 6. **Rental Period and Extensions:** - Rentals are based on an agreed-upon time frame. If you wish to extend your rental, please notify us **at least 1 hour** before the scheduled return time. Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. - Late returns without prior approval will be charged an additional **hourly rate**. 7. **Weather Monitoring:** - It is the responsibility of both parties to monitor weather conditions.
