WHAT TO EXPECT ONBOARD The Sea Ray SLX 350 is a spacious, elegant open-bow boat, offering ample seating throughout, including forward seats that swivel backward for an excellent entertaining platform. The aft-facing lounge seating on the transom provides a great spot to relax while at anchor. With a small head and gear storage below, the boat is perfect for your group of up to 10 guests. The yacht features a sleek hardtop over much of the cockpit, offering great protection from the sun while maintaining an open, airy feel. The boat comes with a Lily Pad for additional fun on the water. WHAT'S INCLUDED - Small fridge to store your cold items WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED - Captain's Fee: Not included in the price. You can either provide your own captain (who must meet all owner and USCG regulations) or choose from our pre-approved captain list, with an average captain rate of $85 per hour. The captain is arranged separately. - Gratuity for Crew: Not included in the price. 20% gratuity is standard. - Provisions, Catering, and Transient Docking Fees: Additional if applicable. RATES - Weekday Rates: $250 per hour (3-hour minimum) - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Half-Day: $269 - $400 per hour (13 passengers max) - Special Holidays (e.g., 4th of July, Chicago Scene Party): Please contact for pricing. Monday - Thursday (May - June): $250 per hour. Flexible hours available, with the following time slots: - Morning: 3 hours (7:45 AM - 10:45 AM) - Prime Time: 3 hours (11:00 AM - 2:00 PM) - Afternoon: 3 hours (2:15 PM - 5:15 PM) - Evening: 3 hours (5:30 PM - 8:30 PM) - Night: 3 hours (8:45 PM - 11:45 PM) - Late Hours: Available upon request

The charterer takes over full operation and management of the vessel for the period of the charter (Charterer must meet Captain requirements to operate vessel) A bareboat or demised charter is one in which the Charterer (the person chartering the vessel) takes over full operation and management of the vessel for the period of the charter. Under the terms of a typical bareboat charter, the Charterer must maintain the vessel, choose and pay crew, pay for all expenses of the ship including fuel, food and insurance. Charterer reserves to operate said vessel lawfully and in a safe and seaworthy manner. Charterer shall conform to all laws and regulations. Charterer agrees to indemnify, protect, defend and hold harmless the Owner, the vessel, its registered owner, Its master and crew, and their respective underwriters from and against the results of any breach by chartered of the obligations or any other obligations imposed by law upon the Charterer. Charterer shall maintain the vessel in good repair and maintain all classification, certificates or certificates of inspection in full force and effect during the entire course of the charter. The vessel is a single vessel rental and cannot be linked or tied to other vessels.
