Prices are plus taxes and fees! We do not provide refunds for no-show bookings, and late show bookings must still have the boat back at the original scheduled time. If Renter returns the Pontoon to the designated docking area more than 15 minutes after the scheduled "Time In", Renter shall pay a $75 late return fee. If Renter returns the Pontoon to the designated docking area more than 30 minutes after the scheduled "Time In" Renter shall pay $5 per minute starting at 31 minutes and continues until returned. 1.  Must stay at least 150ft from any shore and navigation markers. 2.  Must not create a wake within 150ft of any dock, bridge, parked boat or law enforcement, ($250 fine from Law Enforcement)  3.  Lower the Bimini top when going under a bridge, (Bimini top damage $2500.00).  4.  NO riding outside the railings. 5.  Refuel your vessel before returning it. We charge $75 plus the cost of the fuel to do it for you. 6.  DO NOT “beach” the vessel!  Prop damage ($450), we also charge $250 to clean the sand off the boat. The restaurant "EDDIES" is OFF LIMITS due to not having a dock and beaching is only way to visit by boat! 7.  Do Not go between a shoal sign and the shore or between 2 shoal signs, this is marked as a shallow area of the lake and a damaged prop will cost you $450. 8.  Yield the right of way to any vessel that is between your 12:00 and 5:00 and yield the right of way to any boat that is towing something or someone, yield to all non powered vessels no matter where they are. Examples are: Sailboats, paddle boards, canoes, etc... 9.  DO NOT Operate the boat the next morning after your rentals ends.  If you use the boat the next morning, you will be charged a full day rental at full rates regardless of how long it is used. All of this information is included in the waivers that must be signed.
