IMPORTANT NOTES: • Charter includes a sound system with Bluetooth, towels, water, ice, soft drinks, and plates & cups • All passengers must carry their local ID or original passport to comply with the UAE Maritime Law • Footwear is not permitted to be worn on board during your charter • Pets are not permitted on board • Boarding will open 15 minutes before your scheduled charter time • Children under the age of 12 must wear a life vest on board at all times CANCELLATION POLICY: Free up to 5 days prier to the charter time 50% Penalty before 72 hours of charter time 100% within 48 hours of charter time. • In case of cancellation for bad weather only, the trip can be re-scheduled, or fully refunded to the guest.
