This will serve as a waiver of liability for CJ Biz Company, LLC and Angela & Craig Selander. By acknowledging and agreeing you are releasing all liability while utilization of the 2023 Bennington Tritoon. You acknowledge there is risk with the operation of this motorized boat and do not hold the owner and LLC liable for all accidents, crashes, injuries collisions or tickets along with any other possibilities. You acknowledge you are using it at your own risk and indemnify CJ Biz Company. $1,000 damage deposit (this will be returned within 10 days). - Damage to Tritoon - other miscellaneous items that go beyond normal wear and tear. If there are any weather stipulations both renter and owner will discuss options. If renter is a no-show renter will forfeit all costs associated as committed unless discussed with owner to agree upon other terms. The Guest confirms that he has carefully read these Terms and Conditions; has consulted with competent local counsel as to the interpretation of its provisions; and shall be responsible for the acts, or failures to act, of himself/herself and the Occupants coming onto the Property during usage
