Rescheduling: - Customers may reschedule their tour up to 3 days before the scheduled tour date without any additional fees, subject to availability. - Rescheduling requests made less than 3 days before the scheduled tour date will incur a rescheduling fee of 20% of the tour price. 3. No-Show Policy: - No refunds will be issued for no-shows on the day of the tour. 4. Cancellation by Company: - The company reserves the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather, safety concerns, or any other unforeseen circumstances. - In the event of a company-initiated cancellation, customers will be offered the option to reschedule the tour or receive a full refund. 5. Late Arrivals: - Tours depart promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may miss the tour and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. 6. Severe Motion Sickness: - Those who suffer from severe motion sickness or vertigo, which could be aggravated by water activities. Additional Considerations: - Personal Flotation Devices (PFDs):** All participants must wear a life jacket or personal flotation device as required for specific activities. - Pre-Activity Briefing: Participants must attend the pre-activity safety briefing and adhere to all instructions provided by the instructors. - Medical Clearance: Individuals with any doubts about their suitability for water sports should consult a physician and may be required to provide medical clearance.
