Weather cancellations are subject captains discretion and are subject to full refund or partial refund if already on charter. Late arrivals forfeit time lost past the starting time and no shows are allowed no refund. All passengers 12 years or younger will need to provide their own USCG approved PFD. No Watersports such as towing, tubing, skiing, boarding, etc.
