Terms and Conditions Booking Terms & Conditions for Yacht Charters and Catamaran Tours Reservation Agreement: By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge having read and accepted these terms, which are detailed on our rate sheet and website. The individual making the booking, henceforth referred to as the "Charterer," assumes responsibility for all costs associated with the vacation. A binding contract is established once we issue your invoice, which should be reviewed for accuracy upon receipt. Payment Terms: Getmyboat collects the full booking amount upon booking confirmation. Cancellation and Changes: We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to weather conditions, with decisions made by our experienced team and communicated in advance. In case of cancellations not rescheduled, a full refund will be provided. Changes initiated by the Charterer, such as alterations in dates, destinations, or selected yacht, are treated as cancellations. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation, with all deposits forfeited. Yacht Delivery: We guarantee to deliver the selected yacht in full working order and equipped for service. In unforeseen circumstances where the original yacht is unavailable, we may substitute a similar or superior yacht. Acceptance by the Charterer confirms the yacht meets expectations. If we cannot provide a yacht within 24 hours of the agreed time, a full refund is offered. Accidental Damage and Liability: Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on our yachts. The Charterer assumes risk associated with alcohol or drug use, and we are indemnified against any claims arising from such use. Our comprehensive insurance covers the yacht and equipment, but personal loss or damage is the Charterer's responsibility. Swimming and Diving: We are not liable for accidents or injuries related to water activities. Charterers engage in these activities at their own risk. Running Expenses: The Charterer is responsible for any additional expenses incurred during the charter, not covered by the package. Restricted Use: The yacht is for pleasure use within the specified cruising area. Any deviation requires prior approval from us. Night sailing and rafting to other vessels are prohibited. Termination and Indemnity: We may terminate the charter if the Charterer or their party engages in illegal activities, violates safety regulations, or displays improper conduct, without any refund. The Charterer indemnifies us against any claims related to the charter. Crew and Skipper: A competent skipper/guide can be provided upon request, and the Charterer should respect their judgments on navigation and safety. Miscellaneous: We act on behalf of the yacht owner and are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the Charterer's use of the yacht. The Charterer agrees to indemnify us and the yacht owner against all claims. By agreeing to these terms, you're set for an unforgettable luxury sea adventure where we prioritize your safety, enjoyment, and the creation of memorable experiences on the beautiful Caribbean Sea. Cancellation Policy To secure your luxury voyage with us, an advance payment is essential. Without it, we cannot confirm your booking. Please note that if your party size decreases, the original price quoted must still be honored. Our yachts and catamarans will be ready for you at the scheduled reservation time. Late arrivals will not result in extended tour time. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to your departure date are fully refundable. We request written notice for such cancellations. For verification and security purposes, the cardholder who made the reservation must be present with ID and the payment card at boarding. Failure to present these may result in trip cancellation without refund. Full payment must be completed before boarding. In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to cancel the service without a refund. If unfavorable weather conditions lead to a port closure as decided by the regional port authority, we offer the flexibility to reschedule or provide a full refund. Please be aware that transportation to the marina and gratuities for our attentive crew are not included in the tour price and should be planned for accordingly.
