Yacht-Specific Guidelines: Our yachts respect speed limits and cannot dock on islands or sandbars due to depth constraints. However, we can get close for swimming. For a full sandbar experience, consider using a tender or smaller boats. Typically, we make one or two stops per trip, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Sample Itinerary Recommendations: Tailor your trip duration with these suggestions: - 4 Hours: Tour Brickell, Biscayne Bay, Marine Stadium, and Hobbie Beach. Enjoy a breathtaking sunset cruise along Miami River with its iconic skyline view. Visit Fisher Island, Star Island, and Venetian Islands, with optional stops at Nixon Sandbar. - 6 Hours: Extend your exploration with leisurely stops to fully savor Miami's aquatic beauty. All Trips: We accommodate tie-ups for large groups, ensuring everyone departs from the same marina for maximum enjoyment. Rates: - 4 hours: $1,100 per hour for the boat + $1,100 hourly for gas, captain, and docking fees. - Total for 4 hours: $8,800 - 6 hours: $779 per hour for the boat + $779 hourly for gas, captain, and docking fees. - Total for 6 hours: $9,350 - 8 hours: $619 per hour for the boat + $619 hourly for gas, captain, and docking fees. - Total for 8 hours: $9,900 Term Charters: - $5,225 per day for the boat + $5,225 daily for gas, captain, and docking fees. - Total for 1 day: $10,450 - Plus 18% gratuity and 35% APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance). 50% refund up to 3 days prior.

Additional Terms & Information

1. Cancellation by the CHARTERER. This agreement is neither cancelable nor refundable. Should weather not permit safe charter conditions a rain check (credit for the full amount which was processed) will be issued for up to 1 year. Rescheduling is allowed at no additional cost up to 7 days prior to charter based on availability of new scheduled date (rates are subject to change). If the CHARTERER reschedules within 7 days a fee of $500 will be charged. If the CHARTERER reschedules within 72 hours of the agreed charter date and times a fee of $1500 will be charged. If the CHARTERER should cancel within 72 hours of the charter for any reason related to a personal situation the CHARTERER agrees to pay 50% of the charter fee. If the CHARTERER cancels within 24 hours of the charter the CHARTERER agrees to forfeit the entire charter cost. 2. Cancellation by the OWNER. If prior to the start date of the charter period, the Agreement is canceled in writing by the OWNER, all monies paid shall be held in the form of a full credit and the OWNER shall have no further liability whatsoever to the CHARTERER. Notwithstanding the foregoing, OWNER may cancel the charter at any time during or prior to the scheduled sailing day without refund if the charterer demonstrates a lack of skill, judgment, or misrepresentation of ability in the management, operation, or control of the Vessel.
