Renter must have extensive previous boating experience to ensure safety and protection of renter, boat and boat rental company. Cancellations due to weather the day of are 100% refundable. Renters can boat no further south than Belleair Causeway and no farther north of Anclote Key. Renter is at THEIR OWN RISK when aboard and underway in any vessel owned and operated by Marker 26 Boat Rental.
