Quatsino Sound & Winter Harbour run angling trips out of Coal Harbour and offers to show you what the local fishery is all about. Come on aboard with Capt. Steven, and his crew whose main priority is to get you on some fish. Expect to use techniques like bottom fishing, trolling, and jigging, based on the species you’re targeting. Speaking of which, you will join the captain on ishing for the likes of Black Rockfish, Rockfish, Lingcod, Halibut, Tuna, and Salmon, depending on the specific season and the day’s weather. Your boat for the day will be a26ft Larson or a 27’ Sea Ray that fits up to 3 anglers at any one time or both boats for a group of 6. The boats come with a toilet and an ice box. All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Please keep in mind you’ll need to get a fishing license before the start of the trip.
