Stand UP Paddle Guided Tours on the Mira River

In our SUP tour, we left Franquia beach in front of our school and we paddle up the Mira River to Moinho da Aseira. At the mill, we take a short break at the pier to drink water, rest a little and even take a swim. After the break, we returned to the water to go down the river to the beach to the place of departure. During the course, practitioners will be able to observe several species of birds and fish in this region. (2 hours) approx. 7 km of distance Weather-morning or afternoon depending on the tides. Includes: Board, Paddle, Life Jacket, follow up by Certified Instructors and Insurance This activity does not require any experience before and is accessible to all ages from 8 to 80 years.
