ABOUT THE BOAT The 32ft Regal is a stylish and comfortable boat designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, making it an ideal choice for small groups. The boat provides ample space for relaxation and enjoyment, ensuring that your time on the water is both comfortable and enjoyable. WHAT'S INCLUDED The boat rental includes the vessel itself, which can accommodate up to 10 people, as well as the opportunity to bring your own food and drinks. Alcoholic beverages are allowed, so you can make your day on the water even more special. WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED Tips are not included, but are always appreciated. If you feel the crew provided excellent service, they will greatly appreciate any gratuity. Towel service is also not provided, so please bring your own if needed. DEPARTURE LOCATION The boat departs from the Miami River. The exact location will be provided after booking, as per the GetMyBoat policy. Trips: 2 hours: Chamonix marina, Miami river, 37th St, 27th St, down town, Brickell, bay side and come back, enjoy a different view of Miami, beautiful building, nature, beautiful pictures and memories. 3 hours: Chamonix marina, Miami river, 37th st, 27th st, down town, Brickell, Key Biscayne, stadium island we park there so you can enjoy Miami warm water, with the best view of Miami side, water mad, perfect for pictures. 4 hours : Chamonix marina, Miami river, 37th st, 27th st, down town, Brickell, bay side, Miami cruise ship port, singer island, famous peoples house, we stop at monument island for a perfect water to use the water mad, jump in the water, beautiful view of Miami. We had a great time with Johan ; the boat was great , very clean and spacious, Miami river has so much to offer , it was beautiful to see it , and monument island by south offers a great view of the city , definitely I will do it again .

Please note that towels are not provided, so remember to bring your own if needed. *WEATHER CANCELATION POLICY* 1. 80% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY. (PERCENTAGE TAKEN ON AVERAGE OF THE HOURLY RATE/% of RAIN OF THE TOTAL HOUR OF THE TRIP! 2. Winds 25 mph or higher on the day of the rental. (Average HOURLY during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY. - In any other case or situation it will require both parties to agree on a fair term. As a reference we use (hourly) GOOGLE WEATHER website • If agreed to go out, once the trip has started there will be not refunds or rescheduling (Unless spoken about it prior going out). *Cancelations due to weather conditions need to be done 6 hours prior to the departure of the trip. LATE CANCELLATION POLICY. Charter is allowed to be Cancelled without refund if client is 30 min late or more. This is not our goal or intention but with tight schedules we cannot guarantee best service if client is very late. If agreed to go out by both parties in the fair terms agreed in the booking details we are more than happy to carry on with the trip! RESCHEDULE POLICY Rescheduling no refund policy. while we do give the option to change the date of the trip, we do not give back any money if you might need to cancel again.
