If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided. • Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Guests are expected to arrive on time. Delays may result in a shortened experience, and no-shows will be charged the full booking fee. • Safety Considerations: All passengers must follow the crew’s safety instructions throughout the trip. Life jackets are available and must be worn when instructed. • Boat Rules: Smoking is prohibited onboard. Please respect the vessel, equipment, and marine environment. Any damages caused by negligence may incur additional charges. • Additional Concerns: Consumption of alcohol should be moderate and responsible. The captain reserves the right to terminate the charter if passenger behavior compromises safety.
