Experience the best of New Bedford from the water aboard our spacious and beautiful sailboat, captained by the fantastic and experienced Captain Dave! Charter Maybellene, our meticulously maintained 34ft Beneteau, for a memorable adventure. With over 15 years of sailing expertise in Narragansett and Buzzards Bay, Captain Dave will ensure a delightful and safe journey. Maybellene can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Private charters include soft drinks, light snacks, bottled water, and a cooler filled with ice for any adult beverages you bring. Rates start as low as $150 per hour, depending on the time of day, with a minimum booking of 2 hours. Rates: - Private Charter: $150 per hour for daytime weekday sails (minimum 2 hours), up to 6 passengers. - 3-Hour Sunset Sail: $500. - Daytime Swimming Option: Minimum 3.5 hours required to include safe anchorage with a Lilly pad, cost $500. Note: All rates are for up to 6 guests. What You Can Expect: Chartering with us offers a spectacular and peaceful way to see New Bedford from the water. Experience the joy of sailing through the colorful waters surrounding beautiful New Bedford Harbour. Enjoy views of the inner harbor, sail past yachts, and take in sights of Padanaram, including lighthouses and famous estates only visible from the sea. We'll also sail past yachts and working fishing boats. Drop anchor and go for a swim in Clarks Cove. Or extend the day and grab a mooring and spend the day in Padanaram. perfect for capturing picturesque photos. For optimal planning, we strongly prefer a 48-hour notice prior to booking to ensure the captain's availability. A beautiful evening that far exceeded our expectations. Dave was a fantastic captain and host giving us a relaxing and memorable experience on our sunset cruise. Bottle of wine, lovely snacks and the boat was pristine. Don’t think twice about adding this to your itinerary for a spectacular evening.

We were absolutely blown away by the accommodations and hospitality of Dave. He let us come early, leave late, he had wine and champagne and a charcuterie board waiting for us, and he made us hot dogs on the grille. He took pictures of our bachelorette party for us the whole time like our own personal photographer and then sent them to us after. He was incredibly kind and fun and easy going and I would 10/10 recommend this experience to anyone thinking about it.

I booked Dave’s boat for my sister’s bachelorette and it was nothing short of perfection. Dave was a wonderful captain who made sure we were safe and had a fantastic time. He even provided us with snacks and a variety of drinks including waters and gingerales. Would absolutely book again the next time I’m in Newport!

What could we possibly say about Capt Dave that fully encompasses how amazing he made our little sunset trip?! First off, Dave was so kind and friendly and accommodating. He had beverages and snacks for us when we arrived at the boat and all throughout the boat ride he would make sure we had everything we needed. The boat was so clean and well taken care of and he had a focus on safety that we appreciated while still giving us the flexibility to have fun and walk around the boat! He was very knowledgeable about the area and was flexible with wherever we really wanted to explore!! We regularly charter boats through this app and others; I would say that Capt Dave was our favorite captain so far on any charter!! 10/10 would recommend booking with him!

Best boat I have ever rented. Dave went ABOVE and beyond to make it the best experience ever. Not only was he professional he was kind and such a fun captain.
