01/05-31/10 Cancellation Policy: If cancelled 3 days prior to departure, full deposit will be refunded.If cancelled less than 3 days prior to departure, entire deposit will be forfeited. In the event of a "NO SHOW" entire deposit will be forfeited.   We will always do our best to get you out fishing but please remember that trips, and more particularly, live aboard charters, may be restricted or cancelled due to weather conditions. In this case, calendar permitting, we will try to get you out on the next available window of opportunity or a full refund will be provided less any expenses incurred. If we cannot fulfill a charter due to mechanical or other operational circumstances beyond our control, you will be fully refunded less any expenses incurred. Additional Fees: Tips for the crew are not included (10% suggested). Transfers to/from the boat are not included. Alcoholic drinks are not included.   Please note that we operate day trips all year round weather and sea conditions permitting. For the drop-off itinerary an additional charge will apply.
