Daily Diving Trips In Galapagos Islands

To reserve a diving spot with our Dive Center, payment in full is required to secure your booking. This payment is applied in full to the cost of the dive trip. Payment for reservations is solely accepted through GetMyBoat. A service fee will be applied.   Whilst we are sympathetic to circumstances that are outside of your control, including personal emergencies, please understand that this is also not our fault and 50% of the payment total will still be charged. This policy is not meant to be punitive. Our Dive Center has incurred various charges in reserving your place and planning for your participation. Please note that we do not make any refunds for any unused portion of your trip, not arriving or arriving late.  Unexpected events happen in life which can cause you to change your plans. Travel insurance is highly recommended for all our divers and should be taken out at the time of booking.  To cancel your trip, please contact us via GetMyBoat messaging platform specifically stating that you would like to cancel your trip. Please note 50% of the total balance will be refunded with 30 days advanced cancellation notice. Cancellations made with less than 15 days notice are subject to a 0% refund. We will process your cancellation within 14 business days. The cancellation policy date applies from the date we receive your email request.
