You'll captain a 24 foot Avalon Tri-toon (additional third toon adds stability in choppy water or at cruise speeds) with a 150 horsepower Yamaha outboard motor capable of cruising at 37 knots. Complete with a GPS system that is a combination depth reader and fish finder and saves your tracks so you always no how to return to the dock. We preprogram your GPS with routes to areas where you can see dolphin and manatee, visit islands, or just grab a bite to eat at many our of our many wonderful dockside restaurants along the river. Dock and eat at Marker 24 Marina Riverfront Grill, Dolphins Waterfront Bar and Grill, The Island Bar and Grill, or Dixie Belle's Grill and Bar. The Banana River Lagoon runs right alongside Cocoa Beach. Both the Banana River Lagoon and Indian River Lagoon are accessible from drop off location. Visit islands and dockside restaurants, or just conquer the water with this triple pontoon as it cuts right through the water. Listen to music on the high-powered Bluetooth stereo system while you cruise the lagoon. High-powered long-lasting marine battery for confident boating. Loungers for sunning while jamming to your favorite playlist. Rear ladder to enter and exit the boat easily. A large rugged awning covers half of the boat for when you want to take a break from the sun. Storage for everyone in your party. We provide the fuel. No need to refill. Just relax. Vessel is rated for twelve (12) passengers and 1780 lbs. We purposely limit the passenger manifest to eleven (11) passengers regardless of the vessel's Occupancy Certificate for safety reasons. Food, beverages and coolers are allowed onboard. Well behaved pets are welcome. Going fishing? No problem. The GPS doubles as a depth reader and sonar fish finder. On the day of departure, we drop the boat off and personally give you a complete walk around of the vessel. We show you all of the amenities, safety gear and GPS functions. We familiarize you with the GPS features and even have preprogrammed GPS courses to islands, restaurants and spots to see dolphin, manatee, and other wildlife. If you choose to Captain the vessel yourself, we do ask that you have prior boating experience and know how to use engine trim if you plan to visit any of the islands or stray out of the boating channels as parts of the Banana River Lagoon can be shallow if not operating within the channel markers. The operator of the vessel is prohibited from consuming alcoholic beverages and becoming intoxicated through the duration of the rental for the safety of the passengers. Cancellations are acceptable up to 24 hours from the date of the departure and are eligible for a 100% refund. Bad or inclement weather will result in a reschedule or a 100% refund. Your choice. Refunds due to inclement weather will be based on the weather on the day of departure. We supply all life jackets with the rental. Rules and Regulations: *** The person operating the vessel must have prior boating experience and be familiar with operating a boat with engine trim to lower and raise the motor as needed while traversing shallow areas or beaching on an island. Maximum passengers allowed is eleven (11) even though the vessel is rated for twelve (12) passengers. Maximum weight is 1780 lbs. Pets are allowed but not allowed on vinyl if they are large or have long nails to avoid holes or tears in the vinyl. Fishing is allowed as long as there are no holes or punctures in the vinyl from fishing hooks. Food and drink are allowed on the boat but the person operating on the vessel is prohibited from consuming alcoholic drinks. Illegal drugs are not allowed onboard the vessel at any time. Smoking is not permitted while sitting on the vinyl seats due to avoid burn holes. Vessel operator must operate the boat with the safety of the passengers in mind as well as the integrity of the boat itself, and respect no wake zones due to manatee activity on the island. Tubing and skiing is allowed as long as the vessel operator keeps the safety of the passengers in mind.
