WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING? We suggest bringing the following with you: A towel if you would like to go swimming and your swim gear Sunglasses (a no-brainer!) ECO-FRIENDLY sunscreen (if it is a spray, be sure to apply it before boarding their vessels so as not to slip) A sarong, light jacket, or scarf as sometimes it can be a little chilly with the wind Hat: be prepared that it can get very windy, so make sure you have a hat that is secure if needed. We have a Bluetooth system, so feel free to load your iPod or phone with your music if you want to have your own tunes! Tips are not included but appreciated ENVIRONMENTAL & MARINA FEES: Please note the following Marina fees must be paid separately on-site upon arrival. They are not payable through GetMyBoat. The total fee is $20 USD or $400 MXN per person, as is broken down as follows: Puerto Aventuras Marina entrance fee: $16 USD or $320 MXN pesos per person Conanp fee ("Commission of National Protected Areas.": $4 USD or $80 MXN pesos per person. ANCELLATIONS: Should the guest cancel 14-days before the departure date, the amount paid will be 100% refunded. Should the guest cancel 1-13-days before the departure date, the guest will be charged the full amount. The guests may gladly reschedule. Rescheduling is only valid with 7-days' notice. The operator cannot be held responsible for unavailable dates in regards to rescheduling, and refunds are not valid under any circumstances. No refunds will be made if the guest does not show up on the day of your departure, and the guest will be billed for the full amount of the charter fee. If the operator cancels or changes the guest dates due to weather conditions, mechanical failures, or for other reasons beyond control, the operator ofx the yacht will rebook. In the event the operator cannot rebook, 100% of the payment will be refunded. The operator will not, however, reimburse travel, accommodation, or other incidental expenses or consequential issues incurred by the guests. Refunds are only ever permitted when canceling your reservation due to a closed port announced by the Port Captain himself. Refunds, however, are not permitted when weather conditions are not "perfect and sunny." Partial refunds are not valid when charters are asked to be cut short by the guest. If the vessel is not in the condition expected, the guest is entitled to refuse service; however, before heading out of the marina. Once having proceeded with the charter, the refund policy will be invalid. The guest is no longer entitled to refuse the charter once out on the water and/or days after. The operator will not be held responsible for trips cut short due to seasickness. There are no refunds due to motion sickness.
