Cancellation In the event of cancellation by the Customer for any reason, he is obliged to give written notice and is charged for the modification as follows: • Up to 50% of the total charge if cancelled up to 30 days before the charter date. • Up to 100% of the total charge if the cancellation is less than 30 days before the start of the charter date. • Up to 0% of the total charge if NEPA manages to find another customer for the cancelled period. If the Client's cancellation is due to Force Majeure or an objective reason (serious damage to the vessel during previous bookings), the Customer is compensated by: • a boat with the same or similar characteristics and equipment without delay or 100% of all money paid for it. • In the event of damage or loss of any parts of the vessel during the charter which are not necessary for the safety of navigation, the Customer is not entitled to any cancellation of the charter or to request a reduction in the fee. The deposit and insurance A) Deposit * Before the delivery of the vessel, the Customer is expected to pay in Euros . Upon completion of the voyage, the amount of the guarantee is refunded in full, unless damage to the vessel or damage or loss of any vessel equipment. Otherwise, the advance payment must be kept at the corresponding value of the repair or purchase value of the equipment that has been damaged or lost. Shipment procedure (Check In) Delivery of boats takes place on Saturday at 17:00. The vessel must be delivered with full tanks of fuel and water and is expected to return to the same condition as the first delivery. During the delivery process, the customer will need to inspect the list with our agent and confirm the signature of the vessel. The same procedure applies to on-board devices. Any subsequent complaints will not be accepted, provided that the good working condition and complete equipment of the vessel have been established and signed during the delivery process. Any possible defects on board that our technicians could not expect prevent the customer from claiming a reduction in the fare.We may ask the Customer to prove his ability to sail the vessel. The relevant costs are borne by the Customer and the test time is included in the charter period of the vessel. If, after the verification process, our company is of the opinion that the customer is not capable or cannot be responsible for the vessel, an official commander will be hired and the client will be charged for his services according to the price list. In the event that the customer refuses to accept the appointed master, he is prohibited from leaving the port and the agreement is terminated and the fee paid is withheld without compensation. vessel check The vessel will be delivered no later than 20:00pm on Friday. Fuel tanks must also be checked at the time of inspection of the vessel. If the fuel tank is not full, the Customer will be charged for the missing fuel to fill the tank and for damage to the sum of the warranty if found during the inspection of the yacht. Otherwise, the warranty is returned to the customer. If the vessel is not returned to the agreed port of destination, the customer shall pay all costs incurred in transporting the vessel to the designated port of destination and the penalty imposed for any delay that may have occurred. Any late delivery of the ship due to weather conditions is not recognised as it is necessary to keep the vessel within the last 24 hours of the charter period at a sufficient distance from the base of the vessel. Any delay of more than 1 hour is charged at twice the daily rate and at any cost resulting from failure to deliver the vessel on time to the following customer. Our responsibility We must deliver the vessel in good working order, clean and complete with fuel and water tanks.
