Skippered Charter Charter rates in Euro referring to weekly (7 nights / 6 days) charter period, including: Current VAT, Skipper, Linen, use of yacht with following equipment: Battery charger, 3000 W inverter - 220 Volt sockets, VHF, GPS, Autopilot, Echo sounder, Speedometer, Dinghy with Outboard motor, Warm water supply, Spray hood, Bimini/tent, air fans, Flippers and mask, Fishing Equipment, Swimming ladder, Gangway, Banana Junior life jackets, water proof camera for underwater photos and video, mp3, cd player, LED TV, Wi-Fi router for Internet on board (GSM coverage), for up to 10 devices. Charter rates do not include: Fuel, drinking-water, provisioning & mooring fees for private marines, Final Cleaning. Travel services: Airport welcome and transfers, ticketing, hotel accommodation, rent a car, tours, exchange. Embarkation: starting date from 17h00. Disembarkation: ending day by 09h00. Bases  Chalkidiki. Furthermore, upon availability we can offer charters out of other ports, upon request. Discounts  2 weeks charter: 5% 3 weeks charter: 10% 4 weeks charter 15% Early booking till 31/01/2019: 10% Maximum discount: 15%. Crew services  Skipper & Co-Skipper (with sailing qualifications) if no-one of the passenger list has sailing experience. or Skipper & Hostess (is taking care of breakfast, one light meal, saloon - kitchen & deck cleaning daily). Security Deposit  The said refundable Security Deposit of 300 euro is required upon embarkation and will cover any damage or loss of the yacht and her equipment during the charter. Cancellation Policy When cancellation is announced 1 to 30 days prior to departure, 100% of the total charter fee is due. When cancellation is announced 31 to 90 days prior to departure, 50% of the total charter fee is due. When cancellation is announced 91 days prior to departure, 30% of the total charter fee is due. Cancellation guarantee: In any of the above cases, we guarantee that the total charter fee of a cancelled charter will be returned to our customer (except of an administration fee of 150 Euro), in case a new charter comes up for the same boat, for this period, under the same conditions. Bookings An option will be kept on a specific offer that usually lasts one week. The booking is confirmed by signing Reservation Agreement. The booking is secured only when charter contract is returned to the company dully signed and funds are received by our company on time according to charter terms.
