Experience eFoil Flying on Lake Travis

Come experience the awesome sensation of flying above water on an efoil! The eFoil experience includes ground school and time on the water learning how to foil. Once up and riding our trainer rides with you to coach you and guide you through our area lakes. We can come to you or arrange a location typically on Lake Austin or Travis. Lessons are generally 2 hours for an individual or group of 2. Groups of 3-4 should plan on 2.5-3 hours. Group lessons do receive a discounted rate off the individual pricing. Please reach out with your desired date(s), time(s), and number of participants and we will get you scheduled. We have various board sizes and wings for all ages/sizes. All experiences are inclusive of instructor! Rates: • From $175 per hour per person/board ; we can work out sharing of boards if desired What You Can Expect: Come experience the excitement of hydrofoiling with us. This sport is for anyone that is comfortable being in the water. We have trained ages 10 to 80. Our company is a Lift Affiliate and a member of the eFoil Association. Our instructors have been certified on Lift eFoils and have extensive experience training all ages to become independent eFoilers. No board skills are required, we’ll bring you up to speed using a proven technique with emphasis on safety and fun. Our Lessons Individual and group lessons are offered in 2 to 3-hour lengths. Time can be added in 30-minute increments. Lessons cover board operation, safety, demonstration of riding skills, and plenty of time for riding. Each lesson comes with a certified eFoil instructor that rides alongside you for your safety and progression. The price quoted is for the first person per hour. Discounts apply for additional people/hour. • Ground School All lessons begin with a safety briefing and overview of the Lift eFoil. We spend 30 mins going over safe operation of the eFoil / hand controller as well as a review of technique and stances. • Belly Boarding / Water Start We start off on our belly. Out focus is to get a feel for the throttle control and steering. • Kneeboarding This is where the fun begins. The goal is to get the board on a plane, just like a boat, so it has enough speed and stability to support standing. • Surfing Time Now you are in control of the eFoil. The focus is on standing, riding, and carving while maintaining the board on the surface. Here you will get used to the board's handling and speed. Guaranteed smiles at this point. • Time to Fly Lean back and wait for the board to lift off the water. The first time you take flight it's truly magical.
