We are committed to professional service. Cancellations of excursions are based on weather conditions. Should postponement or rescheduling of the excursion become impossible either because guests are leaving town the following day or due to hurricane/storm damage then a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days. Should our guests request a cancellation there is a strict 24hr cancellation policy. Should any of our guests miss their appointed pickup time or scheduled tour, for any reason, there will be no refund given. Should guests cancel within 48 hours of the schedule booking, for any reason other than medical emergency there will be a partial refund.
