Homeported in Virginia: Docked at the Mathews Yacht Club, Hudgins, VA. (must add VA Tax @ 6% to Charter Price). No discounts. These rates are already significantly less than rates of other charter companies for the size of the yacht and the type   of accommodations provided Same day out/in: $760 with capt add $250 (trips are 4 to 8 hours long) Daily Rates (Add $300/ Day with captain provided) • 1 Night: $1240 • 2 Nights: $2475 • 3 Nights: $2785 • 4 Nights: $3100 • 5 Nights: $3715 • 6 Nights: $4025 • Weekly (7 nights): $4335 (add $605 per night after 7 nights) • Long Term (21 days): $11.000 Additional Expenses that you should plan for: Refueling at $3.75 per gal (Calculated: (Engine Hrs + Generator Hrs) X 1.1 Gal /Hr x $3.75/gal). Subject to change. Docking fees, Water, Dockside Electricity, Trash Removal, and Holding tank pump out when away from Mathews Yacht Club Insurance deposits: • Non-refundable: $50 per day to a max of $450. • Refundable: $4,500 if Yacht is returned without loss or damage to any part of the yacht or inventoried items. Night before charter Sleep-over at $40 per person per night. Boat B & B, No Sailing, Stay at the dock:$40 per person per night (one person $50/night) Plus a $200 refundable security and cleaning deposit. All towing expenses (Typically in the Chesapeake Bay) at $75/ft ($3,750) and Fines levied by USCG and Marine Police. Remember no dumping of waste or trash into the water. All Fishing licenses required by Governing Jurisdictions. For rates in the Caribbean, please inquire. Your transportation to and from the yacht when ashore. All your food and beverages and ice. Gratuity for the Captain, typically 15% of the total charter fee and 20% for the Mathews Yacht Club for any catered/prepared meals. If you choose me as your Captain, I am USCG licensed: Master 25 ton near coastal, with sailing and towing endorsements.  All groundings and collisions, however minor, require a diver to inspect the hull, keel, rudder, and sail drive. In some instances, the yacht may have to be hauled. These costs up to the Insurance deposit amount are borne by the charterer. A signed contract is required. Bareboat Captains must provide a sailing resume with the contract and the Insurance deposit and receive an equipment briefing before departure. Explore the many islands and towns for their wildlife, natural beauty, warm, friendly people, and shopping bargains. Get-a-way from the crowds and enjoy secluded beaches, picturesque sunsets, national parks, snorkeling, and the many scuba diving sites throughout the Virgin Islands. Food, fuel, and water are but a short sail away from any location in the Virgin Islands, or cook your own gourmet meals onboard. Yes, we have cookbooks onboard for simple "one Pan" to gourmet recipes. And, she is completely Air Conditioned with her own quiet generator. We will help you provide romantic entertaining on board and take you to exciting nightlife ashore in many of the ports which abound in the Virgin Islands. Never let the rain or weather spoil your fun, as the boat can keep you entertained with your music from your iPhone/pad, USB, CD, etc and 3-D, Blu-ray DVDs (US version), TV as well as spaces for relaxing, reading or playing games. You'll want to reserve your charter dates as soon as possible since this is one of the few boats with spacious accommodations, air conditioning at sea, and electric freshwater flushing heads, a two-person galley, microwave oven, two refrigerators, separate freezer, separate showers, and much more, typically found in luxury motor yachts. Even though we can not offer discounts outside of the Caribbean due to our very low rates, all of you who charter the boat on a return basis in the Caribbean will enjoy a 10% discount on the next charter.
