Customers with reservations must arrive on time. Time consumption of the rented article began when booking and end at the time agreed on the reservation. Failure to reach and / or not arrive on time it will make you full charge of the reservation. If we cancel a tour due to weather, you will not be charged. We make all the determinations about weather cancellations. Please don't deciding you're not going to come because you think the weather might not be acceptable, as you will be charged if the trip goes out.Customers who do not appear, or clients who do not arrive on time for the departure time will be charged the full rate.If you ever have a question about the weather conditions, please contact us.
