• Parents or guardians must sign for all passengers and renters under 21 years of age. • Passenger(s) must be at least 6 years old. • Rentals are inspected before and after. • Renter is responsible for any damages. • Renter and passenger(s) must sign a rental agreement, participant agreement, release and assumption of risk, orientation checklist, for people with children also perpetual waiver and release. • Renter must have a valid photo ID. • No splashing or reckless driving will be permitted. • Order is refundable if cancelled 24 hour prior, or if weather does not permit watersport activities. Payment processor costs are not refunded. • All drivers born after January 1, 1988 must take and pass a 25 question Florida temporary boater test.
