Cancellation by Customer: - - Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled charter date will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to the charter date will receive a 50% refund. - Cancellations made within 14 days of the charter date are non-refundable. - Rescheduling: - - Customers may request to reschedule their charter date at least 15 days in advance, subject to availability. - Cancellation by Seatours: - - In the event of unfavorable weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, Seatours reserves the right to cancel a charter. Customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. - No-Show: - - Customers who do not show up for their charter without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
