1. The boats are available from 9:00am to 05:00pm. The departure time is defined by the customer and does not alter the return time (the boat must be in the marina at 5:00pm), we always suggest that the departure be before 11:00 am. 2. For safety reasons, the captain may request to return earlier in case of changes in weather conditions (wind, waves, rain) 3. The schedule for the Night Bay Tour is from 5:30pm onwards, the return time will be agreed upon at the time of payment. If the return is exceeded by more than 10 minutes, the corresponding value must be canceled at the additional time . 4. Orders for “onboard services” must be placed at least 36 hours in advance. 5. The crew speaks only Spanish. Guides or concierge who speak another language can be coordinated depending on availability and paying an additional fee. 6. Private transportation isn't included unless your plan specifies it. We can coordinate it for an additional value . Cancellation policies: The customer may request the cancellation of the contract via email (infolamarentals@gmail.com), which will be subject to the following policies depending on the days in advance: 1 . 8 days or more: Return less than 30% of the total value. 2. 7 days or less: Return less than 70% of the total value. Operator changes: 16. If, in case of forced circumstances beyond the operator's control, the reserved boat is not available, La Mar rentals will do everything possible to replace the boat, guaranteeing equal or better conditions in terms of capacity, quality and comfort. If this is not possible, 100% of the canceled value will be returned. Damage: 17. The customer must be responsible for 100% of the value of the damage caused by himself and/or his guests, either voluntarily or unintentionally during the trip. Onboard rules: It is not allowed to jump out of the boat when the engines are running. Do not flush papers down the toilet . Do not throw waste into the sea. Those on board must respond to the captain's requests and suggestions. . Same day of service: No refunds are made. Cancellation due to bad weather: It can only be determined on the same day of the service in case of restrictions imposed by maritime authorities due to extreme conditions.
