1. Boats are available from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The departure time defines the customer and does not change the return time (the boat must be in the marina at 5:00pm), we always suggest that the departure leaves before 11:00am. 2. For safety reasons, the captain may request to return earlier in case of changes in weather conditions (wind, oil, rain) 3. The time for the Night Tour in the bay is 5:30pm at the earliest, the return time will be agreed at the time of payment. If the return time is exceeded by more than 10 minutes, the corresponding amount must be canceled for the additional hour. 4. Requests for “services on board” must be made at least 36 hours in advance. 5. The crew speaks only in Spanish. Guides or repairs that speak another language can be coordinated according to availability and paying an additional fee. 6. Private transportation is not included unless your plan specifies it. We can coordinate it for an additional fee. Cancellation policies: The customer can request the cancellation of the contract via email (infolamarentals@gmail.com), which will be subject to the following policies according to the anticipation days: 1. 8 days or more: Return minus 30% of the total value. 2. 7 days or less: Return less than 70% of the total value. Operator changes: 16. If there are unforeseen circumstances and the operator is out of control, the reserved boat is not available, La Mar rentals will be able to replace the boat guaranteeing equal or better conditions in terms of capacity, quality and comfort. If this is not possible, 100% of the canceled amount will be refunded. Damages: 17. The client will be responsible for 100% of the value of damages caused by themselves and/or their guests, whether voluntary or involuntary during the trip.
