Cancelations must be made 5 days prior to your booking date for a full refund. - Late or no show policy: We will attempt to contact you at the time of your booking if you are not yet at the public access. Please note: our team will wait at the public access for 30 minutes after booking time at which time the pontoon will no longer be available and a refund will not be issued. - Pontoon operators must be 26 or over and have prior experience. - Pontoon operators must not be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.
