Our focus is to give the best experiences and information about all the things the we are going to be see during the tour, we adapt to every type of desire if you want to only pass the day at shore on the two Island that we visit and be relax or if you are a group that wants to explore different local spots that not to many people visit we got you. We offer on every tour two island and 3 to for stops so you can have a better experiences of the most beautiful islands on the east side. The captain is included on every tour. Hello! I’m Captain Luis, born and raised in the beautiful town of Fajardo, Puerto Rico. From the age of 5, my dad and I have been exploring the stunning spots on the east side, thanks to his love for jet skis and boats. His passion for the water and his skillful navigation taught me everything I know. Nature and wildlife have always been close to my heart. My favorite activity is snorkeling, where I enjoy discovering new spots and observing marine life in its natural habitat. I’m committed to respecting nature, so I never feed the animals—just enjoy finding where they live and how they thrive. I hold a USCG Captain’s license, am a certified lifeguard with CPR training, and have extensive experience with snorkeling, kayaking, mini boats, and paddleboard tours. My goal is to share my love for Puerto Rico with visitors, providing unforgettable experiences and personal guidance throughout their journey. Weather Cancellations: - Cancellation Policy: Tours may be canceled or rescheduled if weather conditions pose safety risks. We will notify you at least 24 hours in advance if a cancellation is necessary. - Refunds/Rescheduling: If the tour is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. 2. Late or No-Show Bookings: - Late Arrivals: Please arrive at the departure point 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened tour or forfeiture of the tour without a refund. - No-Show Policy: Failure to show up without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the full booking amount. 3. Safety Considerations: - Safety Briefing: A mandatory safety briefing will be provided before the tour. All participants must follow the safety instructions given. - Health Requirements: Participants should be in good health and able to swim. Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions or special requirements. 4. Boat Rules: - Equipment Use: All snorkeling gear and safety equipment must be used as instructed. Participants are responsible for returning all equipment in good condition. - Behavior: Respectful behavior is expected at all times. The crew reserves the right to remove individuals who do not adhere to safety guidelines or behave disruptively. 5. Tour Capacity and Booking: - Private Tours: Each private tour accommodates up to 6 guests. For larger groups, please arrange in advance. - Booking Changes: Any changes to your booking must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Additional fees may apply, subject to availability. 6. Environmental Responsibility: - Respect Marine Life: Do not touch or disturb marine life. Follow all guidelines to minimize environmental impact. - Waste Management: Dispose of all waste properly and avoid leaving trash behind. 7. Photography and Media: - Pictures and Videos: During the tour, pictures and videos will be taken for promotional purposes and will be available to you after the tour.
