Weather Cancellations: - Cancellation Policy: Tours may be canceled or rescheduled if weather conditions pose safety risks. We will notify you at least 24 hours in advance if a cancellation is necessary. - Refunds/Rescheduling: If the tour is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. 2. Late or No-Show Bookings: - Late Arrivals: Please arrive at the departure point 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened tour or forfeiture of the tour without a refund. - No-Show Policy: Failure to show up without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the full booking amount. 3. Safety Considerations: - Safety Briefing: A mandatory safety briefing will be provided before the tour. All participants must follow the safety instructions given. - Health Requirements: Participants should be in good health and able to swim. Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions or special requirements. 4. Boat Rules: - Equipment Use: All snorkeling gear and safety equipment must be used as instructed. Participants are responsible for returning all equipment in good condition. - Behavior: Respectful behavior is expected at all times. The crew reserves the right to remove individuals who do not adhere to safety guidelines or behave disruptively. 5. Tour Capacity and Booking: - Private Tours: Each private tour accommodates up to 6 guests. For larger groups, please arrange in advance. - Booking Changes: Any changes to your booking must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Additional fees may apply, subject to availability. 6. Environmental Responsibility: - Respect Marine Life: Do not touch or disturb marine life. Follow all guidelines to minimize environmental impact. - Waste Management: Dispose of all waste properly and avoid leaving trash behind. 7. Photography and Media: - Pictures and Videos: During the tour, pictures and videos will be taken for promotional purposes and will be available to you after the tour. These media may be used on our social media platforms and other marketing materials. - Media Use: By participating in the tour, you consent to the use of these images and videos in promotional content.
