Additional Terms & Information
1) Reservations will be subject to availability upon confirmation & depending on the weather conditions. We follow weather updates from Dubai Coast Guard on a daily basis in the morning hours. 2) All guests must carry ANYONE OF THE VALID ORIGINAL ID and it is mandatory by UAE law (Emirates ID / Passport / UAE driving license). Any guest without personal identification will not be permitted onboard. 3) Any delay caused by the guest end will not be adjusted in the trip time extension. 4) The number of passengers (Headcount) must not exceed as registered by UAE law. The headcount includes adults, child & infants. 5) All guests under 21 yrs must be supervised by an adult (Guardians / Parents) on board. 6) All eatables brought onboard by the guests must be approved by UAE food & safety regulations. 7) All fishing trips must be conducted under UAE regulations. 8) Animals or pets are not allowed onboard. 9) No alcohol is served onboard. Guests are allowed to bring their own alcohol onboard (UAE law applicable). 10) Life Jackets are mandatory by law to ensure safety on board. 11) Swimming is not allowed after sunset by law.
