Thank you for choosing to sail with us on Fredam, our Sea Ray Sundancer yacht. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review the following rental terms and policies carefully. 1. Booking & Cancellation Policy - Full payment is required to confirm your booking. - Weather Cancellations: If the captain determines that conditions are unsafe (due to storms, high winds, or rough seas), we will reschedule your trip or issue a refund if rescheduling is not possible. Light rain does not qualify for a cancellation. 2. Late Arrivals & No-Shows - Late Arrivals: We operate on a schedule. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will depart without you, as it is unfair to delay other guests. No refunds or reschedules will be given. - No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your booking, no refunds will be issued. 3. Safety & Liability - All guests must sign a waiver and disclaimer before departure. - Life jackets must be worn by everyone entering the water. This is non-negotiable. - The captain’s word is final on all safety matters. Any guest acting in an unsafe or reckless manner may be asked to leave the yacht at the nearest dock, with no refund issued. 4. Boat Rules & Guest Conduct No smoking or illegal substances on board. No Alcohol Consumption – This is a mindfulness and wellness experience, focused on relaxation and clarity.Digital Detox Encouraged – We recommend limiting screen time to fully embrace the present moment.Respect for Silence – Certain parts of the journey (e.g., sunrise, meditation sessions) will be quiet time for reflection.Guided Journaling & Breathwork – We provide journals and prompts to encourage self-reflection, along with guided breathwork sessions for relaxation.Mindful Eating – We offer light, nutritious meals to support wellness. If you have dietary preferences, let us know.Sustainable & Eco-Friendly – Please be mindful of waste; we encourage reef-safe sunscreen and minimal plastic use.Barefoot Onboard – To enhance grounding and relaxation and to prevent the Yacht surface. Respect for the environment: Please do not throw trash or any objects into the sea. 5. Damage & Liability - Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the yacht due to negligence, including spills, burns, or breakage. - We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
